FLUKE II900 SONIC INDUSTRIAL IMAGER, 1280 X 800

  • SoundSight™ technology
  • Reduce leak detection time
  • Improve reliability in your production line

Description

FLUKE II900 OFFERS

Leaks in compressed air, gas and vacuum systems hit both production uptime and the operations line. With this sonic industrial imager your maintenance team can quickly pinpoint the location of compressed air and vacuum leaks. With minimal training, your maintenance technicians can begin checking for air leaks during their typical maintenance routine – even during peak operation hours.

This industrial imager offers a way to locate issues using sound, and it is an intuitive, simple to use tool that can isolate the frequency of leaks or vacuums, even in extremely noisy production environments. A leak location is determined by discerning the direction from which a sound originates by the time delays that occur as the sound passes over an array of microphones. A Sound Map™ is displayed in color over a visual image allowing for easy visual location. With the full array of microphones, it is easy to scan a large area and even capture leaks from a distance.

Features

  • Sound-based detection with ultrasonic range: Non-dependent on ambient or air/gas temperatures and useful even in loud noise conditions
  • Detects any type of leak, including gas, air, steam, or vacuum
  • Intuitive interface: Train team in matter of minutes; first-time users can find leaks within minutes
  • Compressed air single most expensive energy source across all factory types
  • According to US DOE study, compressed-air leaks account for 20% to 30% of total produced capacity in average facility
  • Do more with existing air compressors and delay capital expense of installing new or additional ones
  • Inspect 5 to 10 times faster by spotting leaks on-screen via live image
  • Visualization of leaks means reducing leak detection time and validating subsequent repairs in real-time
  • Ensure proper air pressure to your pneumatic equipment
  • Improve reliability in production lines
  • Report leaks by tagging pictures of exact locations
  • Make leak detection part of regular maintenance routines
  • Acoustic imaging: Blended live Sound Map™ with visual image
  • Sensitivity: Detects 0.005 CFM leak at 100PSI from up to 32.8 feet (depending on ambient conditions)
  • Frequency range: 2kHz to 52kHz
  • Maximum operating distance: Up to 164 feet (50 meters) (depending on ambient conditions)
  • # of microphones: 64 digital MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems) microphones
  • Display: 7 inch 1280 x 800 LCD with capacitive touchscreen
